Head Box
High-pressure (closed) headbox runs with an air cushion and with deflocculation rolls. It is used particularly on paper machines intended for a wide assortment of papers with diverse substances, i.e. with different flow rates and consistencies. Headbox provides uniform distribution of paper stock on a PM longitudinal wire.
